You may notice that some of these properties appear on other Estate Agency websites at much higher prices with their commission rates in excess of 30%. Our prices are considerably lower and include our commission fees and the only other fees on top of the prices will be those of the solicitor (1% of the purchase price) Notary fees - Registry Fees -and mortgages fees if applicable.
